Ingredients:

•  Ground beef (2lb).
• Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon.
•  Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon.
• Eggs (4).
• Use (4) 1 tablespoons parmesan grated cheese.
• Use 2 bags Blair’s Death Rain Jolokia pepper chips 
• Death rain Habanero rub (if you want to kick it up), add to taste.
• 10 garlic cloves chopped small
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
•  1/2 teaspoon thyme

Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 350

Add all ingredients in a big bowl.
Mix with hands and roll into meatballs.

Spray cookie sheet with no stick cooking spray
Cook meatball on cookie sheet until golden brown (about 10 min)  or half way done.
Finish cooking  meatballs 30 min or until done in spaghetti sauce.

If you like you can add cheese in the mix.
