Baked Peanut Fish Fillets
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs fish fillets
- 1 cup Robert Rothschild Thai Peanut Ginger Sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Coat fish with Robert Rothschild Thai Peanut Ginger Sauce, both inner envelopes.
3. Place in pan and sprinkle any leftover Robert Rothschild Thai Peanut Ginger Sauce over top of fish.
4. Bake until fish is cooked through, about 20 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.
