Caprese Salad with Pistachios
Ingredients:
- 3 large tomatoes or heirloom tomatoes
- 1 lb fresh mozarella
- 1/3 cup chopped pistachios
- 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
- Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil
- good quality balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- *crusty bread toast points or flatbread-optional
Instructions:
- slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and arrange in a spiral in a dish or bowl. drizzle with Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil, balsamic vinegar, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. top with pistachios and basil and serve immediately.
