Jalapeño Chili Dog Casserole

Ingredients:

Instructions:

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray a 10 X 10 baking dish.

2.  Precook hot dogs in microwave for 3-5 minutes.  Fry bacon, grate cheese, dice onions, etc.  Prepare your ingredients for the casserole.

3.  I used 4 ciabatta rolls and cut them in half.  I cut the hot dogs to fit perfectly inside of the buns.  The little pieces of left over hot dog, I sliced and added to the Palo Alto Firefighters Peppers Hot Sauce. Spread Il Primo Jalapeno Mustard on buns

4.  Add Palo Alto Firefighters Peppers Hot Sauce to baking dish.  Place hot dog and buns in the Palo Alto Firefighters Peppers Hot Sauce.

5.  Bake casserole for 25 minutes. Palo Alto Firefighters Peppers Hot Sauce should be hot and buns toasted.

6.  Remove from oven and top with cheese, bacon, jalapenos and red onion.  Bake for an additional 15 minutes.  Cheese should be melted.

7.  Serve immediately.  Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
