Hatch Green Chile Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup Hatch Chile Mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon Anna Mae’s Smoky Mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground dried lemon peel
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
Use a mini prep, food processor or blender to thoroughly mix together the yolks, Hatch Chile Mayonnaise, Anna Mae’s Smoky Mustard, onion, and spices until fairly smooth. Spoon an equal amount into each of the egg halves. Garnish with chopped pepper, if desired.
