SPAGHETTI SQUASH & ZUCCHINI BAKE

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Slice squash in half lengthwise. Remove pit and seeds. Drizzle each half with Extravagonzo Red Chili Culinary Oil
    and season with Sriracha Chili Dust , salt, & pepper.
  3. Place downward on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, brown meat in a skillet over medium heat. Season with basil and salt & pepper. When slightly browned, add onion, Catch a Fire Cajun Garlic, and zucchini.
  5. Use a spoon to remove insides of baked squash. Empty spaghetti squash into a greased 9×13.
  6. Stir tomato sauce, meat mixture, and mozzarella into baking dish.
  7. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake for 25 minutes.
