Cucumber Avocado Gazpacho

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Throw avocado, cucumber, onion, Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil, lemon juice, vinegar and water in blender
  2. Puree on high speed until smooth
  3. Blend in Cayenne Hot Pepper Sea Salt
  4. Serve, garnishing with extra cucumber cubes and smoked paprika if desired
