Jalapeno Ham Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups ham, chopped
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper (about 1/4 of a pepper)
1/4 cup onion, finely diced
1 large 20 Pepper Hot Garlic Dill Pickle, diced
1/2 cup Texas Sweet & Hot Jalapeños, diced
3 tablespoons Hatch Chile Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Il Primo Jalapeno Mustard
1 teaspoon 20 Pepper Hot Garlic Dill Pickle juice
Cayenne Hot Pepper Sea Salt
Black pepper
Instructions:
In a food processor, mix all the ingredients together until blended but not too smooth as you want a bit of texture. Taste and adjust any seasoning or add more Hatch Chile Mayonnaise and Il Primo Jalapeno Mustard if you like. Keeps in the refrigerator for a few days.
