Bourbon Salsa
This is a slightly different twist to your traditional salsa – Great with barbecued meats or mixed with cream cheese for a chip spread.
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Extravagonzo Red Chili Olive Oil
- 1 sm. Onion, Minced
- 2 cloves Garlic, pressed
- 1/2 cup Peppers of Key West #2 Sauce
- 2 Habaneros, minced (can be halved, if desired)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 2 tsp Worcestershire
- 2 tsp dried lemon peel
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients well and chill several hours or over night.
