Beef Tacos with 20 Pepper Salsa

20 Peppers Salsa is quite simply that good. It is of a much higher quality than most jars you might find in your grocery store and it certainly packs a bit more heat. Coming in at a very respectable 4 out of 10 on the Peppers of Key West heat level rating scale, it won’t burn a hole in your stomach lining, but it will let you know you still have pain receptors functioning!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of lean ground beef ( or turkey)
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 1 cup Peppers of Key West 20 Pepper Salsa
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 2 sliced avocado’s
- ½ cup diced onion
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 10 Flour tortillas
Preparation:
Brown ground beef or turkey and season with salt and pepper, drain fat. Add Peppers of Key West 20 Pepper Salsa and heat through. Spoon ¼ cup of meat mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomato, avocado slice, onion, sour cream and Monterey Jack Cheese. Fold tortilla around filling. Serve with additional 20 Pepper Salsa.
Serves 4-6
