Red Bell & Ancho Chili Cream Cookies
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 6 oz mascarpone
- 9 oz Earth & Vine Provisions Red Bell Ancho Chili Jam
- 50 ginger snaps, medium size
Instructions:
In a blender or using a hand held mixer, whip cream cheese, mascarpone and Mandarin Pumpkin Marmalade until well incorporated and creamy. Spread one tablespoon on a cookie and top with another cookie. Makes about 25 cookie sandwiches, depending on size of cookie.
