Jalapeño Peach-Glazed Grilled Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Fischer & Wieser Jalapeño Peach Preserves
Instructions:
Prepare grill for cooking. Salt and pepper chicken breasts; place over coals and allow to cook until internal temperature reaches 165º F. for 15 seconds, approximately 15 minutes. Brush chicken breasts with Fischer & Wieser Jalapeño Peach Preserves. Place over coals just until sauce is caramelized. Let sit a few minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute. Serve with tossed salad and roasted potatoes. Serves 4.
