Blueberry Chipotle Mushroom Ragout
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 2/3 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup Fischer & Wieser Roasted Blueberry Chipotle Sauce
Instructions:
Melt butter in a heavy 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and shallots; sauté, stirring often, until mushroom liquid evaporates, about 7 minutes. Add the beef broth and Fischer & Wieser Roasted Blueberry Chipotle Sauce; stir to blend well and cook until liquid is slightly reduced, about 7 minutes, stirring often. Serve over grilled meats. Serves 4.
