Smokey Mustard Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
- 1 4-6 pound pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup Fischer & Wieser Sweet, Sour & Smokey Mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions:
Coat pork tenderloin with olive oil. Mix Fischer & Wieser Sweet, Sour & Smokey Mustard with coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Coat the tenderloin with the mustard mixture. Roast in 375º oven for approximately 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 155-160ºF. Remove from oven, cover loosely with foil and let sit for 10 minutes. Slice horizontally, serve. Serves 6 – 8.
