Brie en Croute with Blueberry Chipotle Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 (8-ounce) wheel Brie
- 1/4-1/3 cup Fischer & Wieser’s Roasted Blueberry Chipotle Sauce
- Crackers for serving
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375° F. Beat egg & water in small bowl with fork or whisk. Gather up edges of pastry, pressing around the Brie and gather at the top. Trim any excess dough and press to seal. Brush beaten egg and water mixture over top and side of Brie. Place Brie on baking sheet seam side down. Bake 20 minutes until pastry is golden brown. Pour 1/4-1/3 cup Fischer & Wieser’s Roasted Blueberry Chipotle Sauce on top and serve.Serves 6
