Smokey Mustard Grilled Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Fischer & Wieser Sweet, Sour & Smokey Mustard
- 1/4 cup Fischer & Wieser Jalapeno Peach Preserves
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Instructions:
Whisk together the Fischer & Wieser Sweet, Sour & Smokey Mustard, Fischer & Wieser Jalpeno Peach Preserves, and garlic. Place the chicken in a plastic resealable bag. Add ¼ cup of the mustard mixture and turn breasts to coat well. Marinate 15 minutes. Reserve remaining mixture for sauce.
Prepare grill for cooking. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. When fire is medium hot, place chicken breast on oiled rack over fire. Grill 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Heat remaining mustard mixture in a small saucepan over low heat. Serve chicken with sauce. Serves 4.
