Sweet, Sour and Smokey Coleslaw
Ingredients:
- 1 small head Savoy cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup very thinly sliced red cabbage
- 1 cup garlic-flavored salad croutons, ground fine
- 8 green onions, sliced thin, including green tops
- 1/2 cup Fischer & Wieser Sweet, Sour and Smokey Mustard Sauce
- 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Peppers of Key West Hot Sauce #1
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Toss the shredded Savoy cabbage, red cabbage, ground croutons and green onions in a large bowl, blending well. In a separate bowl whisk together the , mayonnaise, Peppers of Key West Hot Sauce #1, Sour and Smokey Mustard Sauce and black pepper until smooth. Stir the sauce mixture into the cabbage slaw with a large spoon until all dry ingredients are coated with the dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 6-8.
