Chinese Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cup E&V Tangerine Chili Ponzu Dressing
- 3 cups shredded green cabbage
- 3 cups shredded purple cabbage
- 1 red bell pepper, grated
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
Instructions:
Peel cucumber and cut in half lengthwise. With a teaspoon scrap out seeds
and discard and thinly slice cucumber halves. Toss all ingredients in a large
bowl and serve. Serves 6 to 8
