Habanero Stuffed Mushrooms

Check out these delicious stuffed mushrooms made with Blair’s Death Rain Habanero Chips –perfect amount of crunch and heat for this fantastic appetizer (keep in mind for your Superbowl party!). Here’s the easy-to-make recipe:
Ingredients:
- 4oz Blair’s Death Rain Habanero Chips (2 bags)
- 16 medium white mushrooms (14 ounce package)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup flavored breadcrumbs
Instructions:
- preheat oven to 375
- Separate the mushroom caps from the stems. Wipe mushrooms clean with a damp towel. Chop up the stems.
- Open bags of chips and crush the bag between your fingers to break the chips into tiny pieces.
In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. - Saute the onion about 1-2 minutes. Add the mushroom stems and cook until softened.
- Remove from heat and stir in the breadcrumbs and death rain chips.
- Spoon filling into mushroom caps and bake about 10-12 minutes.
