Coconut/ Pineapple Fruit Kabobs
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, cut in 1-inch slices
- 1 mango, cut into chunks
- 1 papaya, cut into chunks
- 4 large strawberries, cut in half
- 4 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 1 hour
- 1 cup Spice Exchange Dark Rum Coconut/Pineapple Hot Sauce
Instructions:
Thread the fruits on the skewers in an attractive combination. Grill over indirect heat, brushing with the hot sauce, until the fruits are lightly browned.
Yield: 4 servings
