Habanero Traditional Bloody Maria
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Spice Exchange Habanero Traditional Caribbean-Style Hot Sauce
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup Steak Sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 quart tomato juice
- Vodka or tequila
- Salt and Ancho chile powder
- Lemon or lime slices for garnish
Instructions:
Put the Spice Exchange Habanero Traditional Caribbean-Style Hot Sauce , Worcestershire and Steak Sauce, cilantro, horseradish, garlic salt, pepper and oregano in a blender and process until smooth. Stir in the juices and chill.
To serve, place the salt and Ancho chile powder on a plate and mix. Wet the rim of the serving glasses with a lime slice and rub the glass upside down on the chile mixture. Pour 1 1/2 ounces of liquor in each glass along with ice, fill with the bloody maria mix, stir well, garnish with a lime slice and serve.
Yield: 1 1/2 quarts
