Mango Sweet Island Heat Snapper
Ingredients:
- 4 snapper fillets
- 1 cup Mango Sweet Island Heat Hot Sauce
- Chopped Italian parsley or cilantro
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a glass baking dish with aluminum foil. Place the fillets in the dish and cover with the Mango Sweet Island Heat Hot Sauce. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Remove the fillets, place on plates, and garnish with the parsley or cilantro.
