Spicy Catfish Pecan
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup chopped Pecans
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 6-6oz fresh catfish fillets
- 1/4 cup Ring of Fire Habanero Hot Sauce (Original or Xtra Hot)
- 1/4 cup butter (use can use oil if you like)
Instructions:
Place bread crumbs and pecans in a food processor and lightly pulse. Do not over process pecan mixture. Pecans and bread crumb mixture should look like a very coarse meal. Cover catfish fillets with Ring of Fire Habanero Hot Sauce (Original or Xtra Hot), then bread with pecan mixture to form a crust over the fish. Saut fish in melted butter over medium high heat until fish is cooked and the crust is a golden brown approximately 3 minutes on each side. Serve immediately. (Makes 6 servings)
