Crispy Kale Chips

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1½-inch pieces.
  2. Arrange pieces of kale on a baking sheet.
  3. Spritz with Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil
  4. Toss with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
  5. Bake in a 350° oven for 20 minutes, or until crisp, turning the leaves half way through.
  6. While still warm, sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  7. Divide out into small bags.
