Crispy Kale Chips
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil in a Oil Sprayer
- Sea salt
- Fresh ground pepper
- ¼-1/2 cup parmesan
Instructions
- Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1½-inch pieces.
- Arrange pieces of kale on a baking sheet.
- Spritz with Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil
- Toss with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 20 minutes, or until crisp, turning the leaves half way through.
- While still warm, sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
- Divide out into small bags.
