Cinco de Mayo Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons lime juice (fresh is best)
- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon grated lime zest from lime used for juice
- Small clove minced garlic
- ½ Jalapeno or Serrano pepper, finely minced
- ⅛ cup Extravagonzo Red Chili Culinary Oil
- ⅛ cup Extravagonzo Garlic Culinary Oil
- 3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar, either dark or white
- Sea salt to taste
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Shake in tightly covered jar, let stand to blend flavors.
- This’ll put a ZIP in your Cinco De Mayo salads!
