Blazing Grilled Shrimp
This recipe provided by the kitchens of Rothschild Farms!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Large shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail left on
- 1/2 medium Onion
- 4 Cloves or 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 1 tsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Raspberry Thunder Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh ginger, chopped
Instructions:
Peel and devein shrimp. Leave the tail on to serve as a handle. Place remaining ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour contents from blender over shrimp in a non-metal container and marinate for at least an hour or as long as 6 hours. Grill over a hot fire or under a preheated broiler, basting occasionally until done, about 5 minutes. Try skewering the shrimp with chunks of vegetables. When done adding vegetables, baste with additional Hot Raspberry Thunder Sauce for an extra sizzling taste.
