Ginger Wasabi Stuffed Lobster
Stuffed Baked Lobster
Ingredients:
- 2 Lobsters
- 1 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Ginger Wasabi Sauce
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Red Onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Green Onion, finely chopped¼ cup Artichoke hearts, diced
- ¼ cup Spinach leaves, chopped
- ¼ cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- ¼- ½ cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Cook lobsters in boiling water for 10 minutes per pound. Remove when cooked and let cool. Cut lobster in half lengthwise and remove lobster meat. Remove claw meat and clean out shells and set aside. In a bowl, mix chopped lobster meat and remaining ingredients. Stuff lobster halves with lobster mixture. Sprinkle top lightly with some breadcrumbs and place lobsters in pre-heated oven of 400 degrees. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until mixture is thoroughly cooked and slightly browned.
Serve warm!
