Buffalo Chicken Pasta
- 6 cups cooked pasta
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Peppers of Key West Chicken Wing Sauce
- 1 cup carrots, finely diced
- 1 cup celery, finely diced
- 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
- 2/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
In a large bowl, toss together the pasta, chicken, mayonnaise, Peppers of Key West Chicken Wing Sauce, carrots, celery, onion, and 1/3 cup of blue cheese crumbles. Sprinkle remaining blue cheese on top before serving. Scoop into bowls and enjoy!
