8 cups seasoned, buttered mashed potatoes
3 cups cooked ground meat (beef, pork or turkey)
2 cups chopped onions
1 cup diced bell pepper
½ cup minced celery
4 T butter
½ cup bread crumbs
4 eggs, beaten
2 T Ring of Fire Original Steak Sauce
2 T Cheap Thrill Louisiana Cayenne Hot Sauce
2 T Worcestershire Sauce
2 t garlic salt
1 t black pepper
3 T melted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt margarine in a heavy skillet and sauté the vegetables until the onions are clear. In a large mixing bowl combine the cooked vegetables and cooked meat. Add the bread crumbs, eggs, Ring of Fire Original Steak Sauce, Cheap Thrill Louisiana Cayenne Hot Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, garlic salt and pepper. Mix well. Heavily grease a 10” x 15” baking pan. Press on half of the mashed potatoes into the pan to form a bottom crust. Spread the meat mixture over the potato crust. Cover with the remaining potatoes and smooth over. Brush the top potato crust with the melted butter and bake for one hour or until the top is a golden brown. Allow to set for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite brown gravy or sauce.
