Chipotle Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup E&V Chipotle Honey Lime Mustard
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut chicken wings between the bones;
discard the wing tip. Place chicken wings in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together E&V Chipotle Honey Lime Mustard and olive oil. Pour mixture over chicken wings and toss until
well coated. Place chicken wings on a large enough baking sheet so that wings are all on a single layer and not over lapping, salt liberally. Cook at 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove and let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Serve as an appetizer with Blue Cheese
Dressing , or ranch dressing. Serves 4 to 6
