Chipotle Corn-on-the-Cob
Ingredients:
- 6 ears of fresh corn
- 3 tablespoon butter, melted
- 3 oz Cotija cheese or Hard Cow Cheese, finely crumbled
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
- Blair’s Heat Chipotle Slam
Instructions:
Preheat grill or broiler. Shuck and clean corn cobs. Brush with melted butter and
grill or broil on all sides until toasted but not burned. Brush cobs with Chipotle Sauce and sprinkle with cheese and cilantro. Serve warm.
