Chipotle Hummus Dip
Ingredients:
- 15 oz can garbanzo beans
- 1/2 cup E&V Chipotle Honey Lime Mustard
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Drain and rinse beans. In a food processor or blender add ingredients and
puree until smooth. Serve with corn chips, pita chips or pretzels.
Tip: For a shortcut, blend E&V Chipotle Honey Lime Mustard into
plain store bought hummus and serve.
