Cinco de Mayo Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice (fresh is best)
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon grated lime zest from lime used for juice
  • Small clove minced garlic
  • ½ Jalapeno or Serrano pepper, finely minced
  • ⅛ cup Extravagonzo Red Chili Culinary Oil
  • ⅛ cup Extravagonzo Garlic Culinary Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar, either dark or white
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Shake in tightly covered jar, let stand to blend flavors.
  2. This’ll put a ZIP in your Cinco De Mayo salads!
