Corn Ball Bread
Ingredients (6 balls)
- 1/2 cup fresh corn, frozen or fresh
- 1/2 tablespoon Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 3/4-1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Hot Pepper Sea Salt
- Oil for greasing baking dish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a pan over medium heat, add the Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil and corn. Cook until softened — about 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the corn flour, water, Cayenne Hot Pepper Sea Salt and pepper.
Pour the corn flour mixture over the corn in the saucepan. Mix until the flour thickens and the mixture is able to be shaped with the hands. Remove the saucepan from the stove and let sit until room temperature so that they can be handled with the hands.
Form 2-inch thick balls. Place on a greased baking dish. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the tops have browned. Enjoy!
