Creole Roasted Pecans
Ingredients
- 3 cups pecans halves – or almonds
- ¼ Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic or Red Chili Culinary Oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
Instructions
- Stir together pecans, Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic or Red Chili Culinary Oil, and Worcestershire sauce
- Spread in a 15 x 10 pan
- Bake at 250 degrees F for 45 minutes
- Stir every 15 minutes
- Drain on paper towels
- Sprinkle with creole seasoning
