Crockpot Jalapeno Apple Crisp
INGREDIENTS:
- butter, for greasing Crockpot
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, sliced
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Granola, flavor of your choice
- 1/4 cup Heavenly Jalapeno Honey
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- – crème fraîche or fresh sweet cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
Butter inside of 3-4 qt. crockpot. In medium bowl, toss apples with cinnamon; stir in granola. Spoon apple mixture into crockpot; drizzle with Heavenly Jalapeno Honey and butter, gently stirring. Cover; cook on LOW until apples are tender (1-2 hrs.).
To Serve: Divide crisp among each of four (6 oz.) ramekins; top with crème fraîche. Serve immediately.
