Fresh Grilled Veggies
Ingredients:
- 1 to 1-1/2 pounds small red or white potatoes, washed and halved
- 2 each yellow squash, green peppers, and onions
- 1 to 1-1/2 pounds fresh green beans
- 1-2 cups Fischer & Wieser Sweet & Savory Onion Glaze
Instructions:
Wash and prep veggies. Slice squash and peppers; quarter onions; cut ends off green beans. Place all veggies in a single layer on a doubled sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Pour Fischer & Wieser Sweet & Savory Onion Glaze evenly over all vegetables. Using doubled foil, cover veggies and “seal” edges tightly. Grill on low fire, or towards edge of grill, until veggies are tender. (Test with fork through top layer of foil after about 25-35 minutes, depending on heat). Serves 6.
