Gazpacho Soup Recipe
This recipe provided by the kitchens of Rothschild Farms:
Ingredients:
- 1 Green pepper
- 2 Cucumbers, chopped
- 1/2 bunch Celery, chopped finely
- 1 medium Vidalia onion
- 1 medium Purple onion
- 2 tsp. Garlic
- 90-94 oz. V-8 juice
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Red chili peppers
- 1 tsp. Black pepper
- 2 tsp. Robert Rothschild Blackberry Chipotle
- 1/2 can Seasoned diced tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, fresh
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together. Let sit over night to season. Serve cold.
