Grilled Shrimp & Mango Kabobs
Ingredients:
- 1 pound raw large shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled cut into 1-inch chucks
- 1 onion, quartered and layers separated
- E&V Mango Tequila Jalapeno Grilling & Dipping Sauce
- Oil for grilling
Instructions:
Preheat grill for medium heat. Alternately thread shrimp, mango cubes and onion slices onto skewers. Brush hot grill with oil so prevent shrimp from sticking.
Grill shrimp 2–3 minutes on each side, until shrimp turns opaque. Brush with E&V Mango Tequila Jalapeno Grilling Sauce during last minute of cooking and serve.
Tip: You can substitute chicken for shrimp or add your favorite vegetables. Great for entertaining or served over a bed of white rice for a meal.
