Hot Pepper Raspberry Smoked Turkey Melt
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Pepper Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
- 8 slices Sandwich bread
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato, thinly sliced
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
- 8 slices Bacon, cooked
- 1 lb. Turkey breast, sliced
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Hot Pepper Raspberry Chipotle Sauce. On four slices of bread, spread a layer of chipotle mayonnaise. Top each with lettuce, tomato, cheddar and bacon. Divide turkey evenly. Top with remaining bread slices.
Place on a pre-heated panini grill or in a skillet with melted butter to cook sandwich. Cook until the outside is toasted and the cheese is melted.
