Hot Pepper Raspberry Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients:

3 lbs. Sweet potatoes, peeled, chopped

4 oz. (1 stick) Unsalted butter

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place sweet potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Gently boil sweet potatoes until soft when pierced with a fork, about 10 minutes. Drain water. Place sweet potatoes in a medium bowl and add butter. Mash until the desired texture is reached. Gently stir in the Hot Pepper Raspberry Chipotle Sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
