Hot Smoked Salmon Spicy Noodles
Ingredients:
- 3 tsp oyster sauce
- 3 tsp Psycho Soy
- 1 lb smoked salmon
- 16 oz. bag fresh egg noodles
- 1 tbsp coarsely grated fresh ginger
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- Ghost Pepper Flakes, to taste
- 2 tbsp Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil
- 1 tbsp Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
Instructions:
Preheat the grill.
Place the salmon on a grilling tray and spread with 1 tsp each of oyster and Psycho Soy. Grill for 2 minutes. Turn the fish and repeat.
Drop the noodles into a large saucepan of rapidly boiling salted water. Add the ginger, spring onion and Ghost Pepper Flakes to the water. Cook according to bag instructions.
Drain the noodles and toss in a serving bowl with the Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil. Stir in the Thai Sweet Chili Sauce and remaining oyster and Psycho Soy. Top with the salmon.
Tip: Add Ghost Pepper Flakes to make the dish spicier.
