Jalapeño Carrot Poppers
Ingredients:
- 1 1-pound package baby carrots
- 1 10.5 ounce can chicken broth
- 1 10.9 ounce jar Lapham’s Jalapeno Pepper Jelly or Lapham’s Red Hot Pepper Jelly
Instructions:
Place ingredients in medium saucepan; stir to coat carrots. Bring to a boil on medium heat; reduce to a simmer and cook 10-15 minutes, or until carrots are crisp-tender. Serve hot as a side dish, or hot or cold on a relish tray. (The sauce created by simmering our Jalapeno Jellies and chicken broth can be used as a dipping sauce for anything from veggies to chicken tenders to hot wings!) Serves 6.
