Lemon Pepper Pork and Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 4 Pork chops, boneless
- 2 cups Potatoes, large, russet, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 5 Tbsp. Orange and Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat pork chops in 1 Tbsp. each of Lemon Pepper Seasoning. Set aside.
Toss cubed potatoes in oil and 1 Tbsp. rub. Bake at 400 degrees F until tender.
When you place potatoes in oven, sear chops on each side and bake in oven with potatoes. Cook until potatoes are tender and pork is done.
This is delicious served with Robert Rothschild Farm Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip.
