One Pan Taco Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Palo Alto Firefighters Pepper Hot Sauce or Palo Alto XX Pepper Hot Sauce
- 3 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced
- 2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Add ground beef, minced onion and garlic powder to a large skillet. Brown and crumble beef. Drain and return to same pan.
- Stir in Palo Alto Firefighters Pepper Hot Sauce or Palo Alto XX Pepper Hot Sauce. Return to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add in beef broth, 1/2 cup water, and pasta. Simmer for 8-12 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
- Top mixture with tomatoes and cheese. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Remove cover and stir.
- Serve immediately.
