One Stop Beef Medallions
Ingredients:
- 1 Whole beef tenderloin – remove silver skin and slice into 2″ think medallions
- 3 – 4 Tbs Walkerswood Zesty One Stop
- 2 Tsp – ground cumin
- 1 Tsp – ground black
- 2 Tsp – sea salt
- 1 Tbs – olive oil
Directions:
- Season beef medallions with salt, cumin, black pepper and olive oil
- Grill over high heat (400°f) until cooked to your preference (4 minutes per side for medium rare)
- Baste repeatedly during last minutes of cooking with Walkerswood Zesty One Stop
