Onion Glaze Guacamole
Ingredients:
- 3 small avocados, pitted & skinned
- 1/4 cup Fischer & Wieser Sweet & Savory Onion Glaze
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 lime, seeded & juiced
Instructions:
Start by mashing the avocado meat to your desired consistency, more for a smoother result and less for a chunkier result. Next mix in the lime juice and Fischer & Wieser Sweet & Savory Onion Glaze and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle the garlic salt in last and turn the entire guacamole to mix the seasoning throughout. This recipe can easily be doubled. Serves 6-8.
