Ingredients:

• 3 1/2 ” pineapple rings
• 1 14.5 ounces canned tomatoes
• 1/2 small yellow onion, finely chopped
• 1 lime, seeded & juiced, juice reserved
• 1/2 cup Fischer & Wieser Sweet & Savory Onion Glaze
• 2 teasoons salt
• 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped

Instructions:

Heat a gas grill to medium heat; grill the pineapple, turning 3-4 times. On the last turn glaze the pineapple rings with the Fischer & Wieser Sweet & Savory Onion Glaze and allow this to caramelize on the pineapple. Let pineapple cool and then cube into 1/2″ cubes. Mix the cooled pineapple, tomatoes, onion, lime juice, salt, and jalapeno together and stir thoroughly. Let the flavor develop even more by refrigerating overnight. Serves 6.
