Peach Mango Habanero Grilled Flat Iron Steak
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. Flat iron steak, cut 1-inch thick
- 3 Tbsp. Thyme, fresh, chopped or 1 Tbsp. dried thyme leaves
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp. Ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1 3/4 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Peach Mango Habanero Sauce
Instructions:
Combine rub ingredients and press evenly into steaks. Place steak into freezer bag and pour Peach Mango Habanero Sauce into bag and marinate overnight or for at least two hours.
Preheat grill to medium heat and place steaks on grill. Grill to medium-rare doneness (145 degrees F as measured on an internal meat thermometer) turning once.
