Peninsula Gold Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 – 6 oz. Cans of white tuna in water – or – fresh cooked shredded tuna
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup diced red onion
- ½ cp diced celery
- 1 cup chopped boiled potatoes
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 4 oz. Peninsula Gold Pepper Sauce
- ½ cup lite mayonnaise
- ½ cup low fat sour cream
- ¼ cup Ranch Dressing
- 1-cup seedless red grapes
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and serve over a bed of lettuce leaves.
